Saranya Panchaseelan
Originally from Bangalore, India, Saranya earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Upon completing her degree, she transferred to the United States where she obtained her Master’s degree in Architecture from Iowa State University.
Throughout her career, Saranya has been motivated by the rich tapestry of history, the inherent qualities of materials, and the intriguing concept of biophilia. She is captivated by the way built environments can evoke human emotions and aims to create spaces that seamlessly blend with nature.
Outside of the office, Saranya finds joy in various creative activities, including painting, baking, cooking, and exploring new restaurants. Her curiosity extends to the world of archaeology and anthropology, often spending time watching marathons of related documentaries. With a green thumb, Saranya has transformed her 1000 square foot condo into a thriving oasis, nurturing over 25 varieties of plants. Embracing the beauty of her surroundings, she finds solace in long walks through neighborhoods adorned with beautifully designed houses.
