South East London-Native Richard is not one to shy away from a challenge. He once swam the English Channel as part of a relay team competition with his Swim Club. When he’s not in the office, his time is spent being Dad, which means chauffeuring his three children between various athletic activities. With nearly three decades of experience, Richard is most inspired by seeing a building he has worked on reach completion and knowing all of the complexities behind the façade that others may not appreciate. He attended Bexley College of Professional Studies where he earned a BTEC ONC and HNC in Building Studies.

Two decades and three children ago, Richard proposed to his wife only four months after meeting her.
