Born in Korea, Jinwoo lived many years in Belgium and England during his childhood where he discovered architecture through his father. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Korea University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. Settled in Chicago, with a decade of experience in a variety of project types, Jinwoo enjoys the architectural process of collaborative work amongst various disciplines.

In his free time, Jinwoo enjoys running, playing tennis, and golf with friends and family. He shares his life with his wife and two sons.

Jinwoo served his military service in Korea stationed at Eighth United States Army.
