Seeing a client’s reaction to taking ownership of their new building or renovated space for the first time is one of Grant’s biggest inspirations for pursuing architecture as a career. He strives to create a quality space that will meet the budget and needs, yet provides a unique experience. When he’s not designing details, Grant can be found biking along Lake Michigan, playing intramural volleyball, hanging with family and friends, and cheering on his favorite football teams (Illinois and Michigan) to victory. Originally from the northern suburb of Mundelein, Grant now calls the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago home.

Grant has 2 orange tabby cats, Irving and Sebastian.
