Don brings over two decades of experience in project coordination, construction management, and team leadership. His commitment to delivering the highest level of design both on time and on budget makes Don a critical member of the SNHA team. Through positive communication, Don is especially interested in mentoring younger members of the firm, as well as improving communication between all project team members. He holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Houston.

Don has managed projects in five different states, including Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, and New York.
