For Daniel, having lived in Cairo, Egypt, Hartford, Connecticut, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Philadelphia, home has been many names. Currently, it’s Chicago, with his growing collection of houseplants. But no matter where he is, as long as he has access to the outdoors and a good cup of coffee, he’s happy.

With an art and graphic design background, Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan. As a designer, he finds the most joy in the distinct details of a space, like an unexpected alignment or juxtaposition, and is inspired by the belief that architects and designers have the responsibility to promote wellness, togetherness, and community growth in shaping the physical environment.
