Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects (SNHA) is moving into its new office headquarters located on the 31^st floor of Chicago’s historic One Prudential Plaza. Nearly double the size of the firm’s current office at 30 W. Monroe Street (Inland Steel Building), the new 23,615 square-foot, full-floor office features a central communal area, views overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan, and a variety of motivating yet functional work spaces for its diverse team of 80-plus employees.

SNHA responded to staff feedback during the design phase to prioritize employee needs in the new space. With a combination of private breakout rooms and communal flex spaces, the office’s layout is intended to embrace SNHA’s unique mixture of individual preferred work environments, ensuring that employees have a space in which they can do their best work. The office also features shared pin-up boards and a presentation room to encourage team collaboration, drawing inspiration from the format of traditional architectural critiques.

One Prudential Plaza’s proximity to public transportation, abundance of building and area amenities and capacity to comfortably accommodate the firm’s continued growth reinforces the site’s ability to best support the team’s current and future needs.

SNHA will welcome its team into the new space Monday, April 1, 2019.
