Josh Rau
Despite time spent in Minneapolis, New York, and Los Angeles, and now choosing Chicago as home base, Josh stays connected to his rural Wisconsin roots. Whether it’s jogging home at the end of the day along Lake Michigan, or traveling outside the city to go hiking, canoeing, kayaking, or skiing, he finds regular time to get outside. From cooking to carpentry and welding, Josh enjoys making things in his free time.
As an architect, he seeks ways making things can influence the design and construction process to create meaningful space. Josh received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota and his Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
When he’s not at the office, Josh can be found renovating his 1909 Chicago two-flat.
