Having spent most of his life in the Midwest, Steven enjoys traveling to new places to experience other cultures and spending time with his girlfriend, his pensive (or maybe just lazy?) Bernese Mountain Dog, and two kittens. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. During school, he focused on architectural theory and advanced digital fabrication through coursework and extra-curricular activities.

Steven was a sponsored skateboarder when he was growing up.
